Barbeque Beef Sandwiches

What you need

500g leftover roast beef
2 shallots finely diced
1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp barbeque sauce
5 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ pint beef stock
Salt and pepper
8 white sliced sandwich buns

 

How to cook

In a large, heavy pot, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until translucent.

Add the beef stock, Ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire and barbeque sauce increase heat to medium high and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the beef to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve on the buns with salad of your choice.
