Round in shape, with some fat on it's a juicy and tender steak with an outstanding flavour. It is similar to sirloin, but slightly less tender, so it is usually cheaper than sirloin or fillet.  It is often considered the best steak for flavour, though not as tender as fillet. You can grill, fry, barbecue or stir fry.
